Each user is able to log into their billing account to make changes to their account such as adding domain names, setting up domain forwarding, upgrade/downgrade hosting plans, make payments and view reports. In the DirectAdmin control panel you can make more advanced changes to your account such as making DNS changes, creating e-mail accounts and installing provided freeware/open-source software packages.
